I Scream You Scream, We All Scream For Ice Cream And Lose Weight!

But today I want to get into my #1 favorite snack, my nemsis…

Ice cream!

I mean on a warm Summer day, what better way to cool down
with a cold ice cream cone?

It’s pretty straight forward.  If you want to stay lean and healthy,
you have to cut out the Twinkies (luckily they don’t exist any more),
ice cream, etc…

Ahhh…
I deprived myself for a long time, until I found out about another
great healthy treat, Fit Freeze.

Most ice creams have waaaaayyy too much sugar and provide
0 nutritional value but

…this is different.

Funny thing about this, is that people are losing weight eating it.

I was skeptical too, but it really does help in 4 ways.
