Hey, I wanted to do a quick Factor 75 review for you guys of a great food delivery company called out of Chicago. I am single, always looking for good meals to eat. I’m a business owner, so I don’t have very much time. Cooking, prepping and all that kind of stuff take away a lot of my time.

I’ve tried a lot of different food services out there. I’ve actually tried to hire a chef as well. There are definitely pitfalls to that. Hiring a chef is great, but the fact that cooking for certain macros, they end up making the same meals over and over. I end up having to eat the same meal, like, four or five times a week. It is custom made food, but not having a variety of things is, number one, not great for muscles. You want to have a variety of proteins.

This is why Factor 75 has been great. I’ve been using it for three to four weeks. My meals come in tomorrow, so I’m going to show you what it looks like when they come in.

The way it works is you actually order a week in advance. I’m going to jump over and show you what it looks like to order. One of the links down below this video, you’ll be able to get two meals for free which comes up at 27.90. Jump in and show you this. All the meals are hormone free, soy free, grass fed, antibiotic free, gluten free, pasture raised, GMO free, 100% organic and preservative free, which is great.

I tried a couple of different ones out there. They just have all this added crap in there and they’re not healthy. The calorie counts are pretty low. I’m not really looking to lose weight. I look for high protein higher calorie meals, so this works out great for me. As you see here, if you have dairy issues, if you want to go paleo…Like I said, I’ve been doing this three to four weeks and I have not seen a lot of overlap of repeated meals. There are tons of new dishes that are being created each week. I’m interested in checking this out, spaghetti squash and spinach.

This is the way it works. This is going to be my order for next week. It tells you right here you could order all the way up to Tuesday and they deliver it that next Tuesday. You just click on the meal. They show you an image of what it looks like. Obviously it’s not going to be plated pretty like this. It comes in a plastic container. It tells you it’s dairy free, paleo. They give you all the ingredients which are included. This is what I love right here, the nutrition facts, so I can track my calories and my macro nutrients every day.

I get about two meals a day. I like to eat out every once in a while. I don’t get all 14 meals. I don’t eat breakfast, and if I do I will make my own eggs or whatnot. The other thing I like is they always have extra vegetables so I always add on, and then every once in a while get extra carbs. The sweet potato mash right here is actually pretty good. I’ve tried it.

As far as taste, everything I’ve had so far is pretty good. There’ve been some sides that haven’t been superstar, but overall I would say 8 out of 10 on taste which beats the crap out of so many other foods out there. I’ve tried My Fit Foods. I’m not interested in anything like plated, like they send you all the ingredients and then you make it yourself. I don’t have time for that. It sounds great but it’s just not for me.

The other thing is around here pizza casserole, 400 calories, 32 protein, 28 carb. Grass-fed burger, I actually had this last night and it was very tasty, 500 calories, 22 carbs, 42 protein. I normally like to have a little bit more carbs so I’ll probably add some snack on the side with some carbs.

When I get my order in tomorrow, I’m going to film that and show you what it looks like. Go ahead and click the link if you’re ready. You get 27.90 off your first order, which is 2 free meals and use my Factor 75 Promo code.

Actually, let me show you the price. As you see here, I have 12 things which is 10 full meals and then I have the veggies added. I have 2 veggies and 10 meals which comes out to 149.40 plus 9.95 delivery. For me that’s a steal because tons of time, not having to go to the restaurant.

All right, I got the Factor 75 order in. It’s actually two boxes, which I never had before. Maybe I ordered a little bit extra than I normally do. As you see here, it’s a pretty good size box.

Again, I don’t know why they have two boxes. I’m going to pause this and open it up and show you what’s inside. It looks like they’re packed even better than they have in the past. You see here it comes out and tells you what’s in here, box one of two. It’s mailed by FedEx so it comes over here quick.

This is like a blanket or something to keep it cold. It’s pretty awesome. Before it was Styrofoam all the way around it. They’re definitely still really cold. They come with tons of ice packs. As you see, there are ice packs underneath and on top. I’m putting my hand in here and this blanket is actually pretty cold as well. Yeah, they’re talking about the new packaging right here, insulation. It’s pretty cool. You could actually turn it into compost, which is awesome.

Let’s just jump in here and see what we got. All of them come in a plastic container obviously. They tell you how to heat it, oven or microwave. Grass fed free range meats. What I like right here are the macro nutrient counts. This one’s fairly low. I always like to mix them in. I can have avocados that I’ll cut up to add extra fat or have additional carbs that I bought. Here is the vegetable, coconut cream spinach.

Oh, what I was going to show you, it’s pretty much just take off the cover. There’s a plastic lining on all of them, so it’s super sealed. Awesome. You just peel those off and it tells you what to do. For example, this one says remove the greens, slice the chicken in 3 pieces and heat it 45 seconds. Stir it pretty much and then heat it up again. Super simple. Almost all of them are the same way. It only takes a couple of minutes, normally a minute, stir and then another minute.

This is squash soup with meatballs. That sounds interesting. Balsamic chicken, coconut cream spinach, like I said some veggies, chicken pesto portobello. All these things I can’t make myself. That’s the other thing I love about it. It’s getting that variety. Chicken kebabs, I love chicken kebabs, 530, almost 50 grams protein.

That’s just package number one. I’m off to package number two over here. I got chicken fajitas – looking forward to that, butternut squash lasagna, lemon dill salmon. I’m not normally a big fish person, but I actually like the way they prepare their fish. It’s really good. Grass-fed burger, it comes with sweet potato fries and Brussels sprouts and carrots so I have some extra veggies. A taco bowl, this taco bowl right here is 550 calories, 30 grams of fat, 45 protein, 26 grams of carbs. It’s awesome. Like I said, click the link down below and you get two free meals. Wasabi steak and open face beef sandwich.

There you have it. I hope this review was helpful. It’s just going to look like a regular meal. I could heat one up, but what’s the point? Food is going to look like food. It’s really all about the taste. Like I said, almost all of them are seasoned really good. There have been some where it’s, you know. I had a turkey plate that had some cherry side and I didn’t care for that at all. As far as seasoning, there are some things I’ve had to season myself. With sweet potatoes I use a little bit of barbecue sauce on the side. I guess you could say that’s adding seasoning as well.

All right, again, like, share this if you liked it and if you want to see more, and click the links down below the video. Take it easy.
